Overview
Located on Bay Bridge Road, about a 2-minute drive south of Highway 2, and a 25-minute drive to Prince Edward County, this hotel is popular with guests visiting the Prince Edward Country region for dining, shopping, wine tours or the beach.

All of the 124 rooms at this non-smoking hotel have free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Guests can choose between standard rooms (queen, king or double beds) or more spacious suites (separate bedroom, king or queen beds). Some rooms have a mini-fridge and a microwave. Pets are allowed for $15/night.
Guests can dine on site at Windows Restaurant (which has impressive views of the Bay of Quinte) and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. There are also a number of restaurants (including well-known chains like Boston Pizza and Kelsey's) located within a 5 to 10-minute drive from the hotel. On-site amenities include free parking, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool with a waterslide.
Zwick Park, which has a number of hiking/walking trails, is less than a minute's walk away.This hotel is a 5-minute drive from downtown Belleville. The bulk of reviews used for this analysis were favourable, and guests praised this hotel's location and customer service.
more Guests liked that the hotel was so closely located to Zwick Park (less than a minute's walk), and to the Bay of Quinte waterfront (also less than a minute's walk). There was plenty of green space and walking trails near the hotel, and the proximity to the waterfront provided pleasant views from some of the rooms, common areas and on-site restaurant.
Staff delivered good service, according to guests, who singled out the front desk staff for their helpful, friendly assistance.
A number of guests enjoyed both the indoor and the outdoor pools and the waterslide, saying that the pool areas were clean, and that the waterslide was large.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-laid out, able to accommodate guests easily.
There were some additional comments from guests who enjoyed the quality and selection of food (particularly the buffet) and the service at the on-site restaurant.
The Bad
