Numerous guests were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated, modern and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows.
The hotel's free breakfast was praised by many travellers, who described it as delicious, impressive and fantastic, with a large selection of hot and cold items and a large eating area. One patron noted, "The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of breakfast foods including pancakes, omelettes, make your own waffles. warm tea biscuits (which were delicious), fruit salad, cereals and lots of coffee. Additionally, they offered a "breakfast to go" bag if you did not have time for a sit down breakfast".
