The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms, and staff.
Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as being easy to find, central, providing easy highway access, and close to shopping restaurants, and a service station.
The hotel's accommodations were a source of numerous compliments by reviewers. They found their rooms to be clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows. It should be noted however, that a few guests felt their rooms were too small, and a couple lodgers found the beds too small, as only twin beds and queen beds are available.
Several guests praised the hotel staff. They were characterized as accommodating, friendly, and helpful in providing information about local services and attractions. It should be noted however, that while the majority of reviewers had pleasant experiences with the staff, some guests found them to be unfriendly and unforthcoming with hotel information.
The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints among them, which included noise transfer and cigarette odours.
While most reviewers found their rooms to be quiet, some complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported being able to hear talking, alarm clocks and TVs from adjacent rooms, as well as night staff in the hallways.
A few guests made mention of unpleasant cigarette odours. They noticed the odours in the hotel lobby, the hallways, as well as in non-smoking rooms.
