The Bad
Guests critiques were somewhat scattered through the reviews with no apparent theme dominating.
Recent room complaints were: bathroom grouting needs to be replaced, pillows too big, sound travelled from the ducts, Crown Floor rooms could be given a more modern feel, outdoor AC unit for the hotel could be heard in one of the rooms, nearby construction carried to the room and noise travels from the hallways to the room from closing doors and guests talking.
Hotel complaints were: terrace sits in the afternoon shadow, the Crown Floor hallways were dated, a small gym, hated paying extra for parking, dining and drinks were pricey and poor signage to the underground parking.
