Just off Bedford Highway and about a 12-minute drive from downtown Halifax, the Ascendence Harbourside Mansion Bed & Breakfast Halifax is suitable for lodgers looking for a bed and breakfast with easy highway access and spa services.

One lodger noted, "Katherine is a wonderful cook and makes fresh breakfasts that vary daily and include a yogurt and fresh picked berries and fruit starter followed by made from scratch waffles or crepes or Polish egg dishes".
