Overview
Located a 1-minute drive from the nearest Highway 111 on-ramp and about an 8-minute drive from Dartmouth's city centre, the Lake City Motel is suitable for car travellers who require an economical hotel with an in-room microwave and mini-fridge and easy highway access.

Each of the hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a desk. Rooms with a coffeemaker are also offered, and hair dryers and iron and ironing boards are available upon request. The hotel has smoking and non-smoking rooms.

The hotel also offers 24-hour reception, a communal kitchen, guest laundry, a business centre and free parking. Pets are permitted for an additional $12 per pet, per day. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. 

Tacoma Plaza is about 6 minutes away on foot, while Dalhousie University can be found 18 minutes away by car. Dartmouth Heritage Museum is roughly an 8-minute drive from the hotel, and Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) is a 20-minute drive away. (All distances and travel time estimates: Google Maps)
