The Good
Based on the reviews used for this analysis, guests generally had positive experiences staying at this hotel. They commented favourably most often on scenic views and on the size and state of the rooms.
more Guests praised the views of Bras D'Or Lake from many of the rooms and from common areas. Guests commented on the glass walls in the restaurant that enhanced the view. Guests also appreciated being surrounded with ample green space and said that the hotel's setting was scenic and tranquil.
Rooms were said to be very spacious, well equipped and clean. Guests said that rooms were thoughtfully laid out and that there was more than enough room to move around. However, there were some complaints about decor (see below).
Guests said that staff were attentive and focused on their needs. Housekeeping staff were noted as being proactive in making sure guests were comfortable in their rooms.
Guests were impressed with the on-site amenities and appreciated the use of bikes to explore the paths and the grounds. Guests also commented on the outdoor pool, saying that the area was well maintained and that the pool was fun to use.
