This castle, built in 1992, is situated in the Cape Breton Highlands and is a 3-minute drive from the Alexander Bell Museum. This property is well suited for guests looking for an architecturally unique property that provides scenic views of the Bras d'Or Lakes.
All rooms are smoke free and include free Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a jetted tub, a TV, a towel warmer, bathrobes, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a sitting area, a coffeemaker and air conditioning. Select rooms also include a private balcony. The rooms at this castle provide views of the Bras d'Or Lakes and the highlands and each room is equipped with binoculars. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are not available. Pets are not permitted.

A few reviewers complained about a 20% gratuity being added to their restaurant bill, as confirmed by one guest who said, "most astonishing was the automatic 20% gratuity added to our meal on the one occasion that we ate breakfast there and were served by the innkeeper herself." A couple of guests thought that the food tasted poor, while a couple of other reviewers said that the drink prices at the on-site lounge were also expensive.
