This hotel is 100% smoke-free and offers 78 individually climate controlled rooms. Guests who did not book a suite, but had a standard room were unpleasantly surprised to find how small they were. It seems that the suites were very spacious, but the standard rooms were hard to get around in or spread out in.
Housekeeping received a few complaints from guests, who said they did not fully service the rooms each day. These guests did not have their towels replaced each day, or their beds made up each day, or the garbage emptied each day, and some guests also said the rooms were not vacuumed during their stays. One guest said that the housekeeper walked into the room without knocking first, saw him and then walked out and did not return on that day at all. Another guest said the housekeeping staff left their door unlocked and ajar all day.
Some guests felt the hotel was a little far in walking distance to restaurants in the cold weather. Some guests found heaters that did not regulate to a temperature but poured out heat in their rooms making it unbearably hot.
Some guests complained about the Wi-Fi but opined that it may have been poor in the entire city.
