The staff received a lot of praise from guests who seemed to all agree that they were very enthusiastic and eager to help. Words like cordial, very friendly, perfect and eager came up in the reviews read. Some guests said the service was great.

The property was well liked also with guests saying it was well maintained and new with spacious rooms, large showers and generally well-appointed rooms. Some details that were mentioned were plenty of power outlets, good lighting, great shower pressure and a beautiful lobby. Guests who commented on cleanliness often suggested that the hotel performed highly in this regard with words like spotless and super clean.

Location was considered a plus by several reviewers who liked the convenience of being nearby to shopping and within walking distance of groceries and some fast food restaurants. Some guests brought some critique in this area as well. See below for more details.

There were a couple of guests who felt the free breakfast was lacking excellence either through the lack of real cream supplied for coffee or with the actual taste of the coffee or the waiting time to get served.

Two guests said the Wi-Fi signal was not conducive to getting work done as the signal kept dropping or was slow and another two said the Wi-Fi signal was strong and consistent. 

Two guests found the hotel expensive and one of these wished for a reduced rate for medical stays.

One guest complained that they could hear children screaming while using the waterslide. Another guest while appreciating the Keurig coffeemakers, did not like the choice of coffee supplied by the hotel. No TV guide and no pay-per-view movies available was the complaint of one guest.
