Many lodgers praised the accommodations at this hotel. They described their rooms as spacious, clean and contemporary, with good quality linens and towels, and comfortable beds. It should be noted that there are no carpets in the rooms or common areas of this hotel. While many reviewers were pleased with the hygienic atmosphere this produced, a few guests complained they could hear guests walking overhead and below as a result.
The hotel's customer service was a source of numerous compliments by reviewers. They characterized the staff as welcoming, efficient, and helpful in answering questions.

The Bad

While the free breakfast was praised for its hot and cold selection by many guests, several reviewers reported the breakfast area was too small. These guests described having to wait for seating, waiting in a line-up for food, and the food disappearing before they were able to get to it.
Some patrons were disappointed by the hotel's indoor pool. They described it as being very small, crowded, and only able to fit 5 or 6 people. It was also mentioned by some reviewers they found it to be over-treated with chlorine. It should be noted however, that several guests reported their children loving both the pool and the waterslide.
