About the hotel: This hospitable hotel is located on Portage Avenue (Trans-Canada Hwy) next to the Perimeter Highway on the western edge of the city. It’s a 7-minute walk from Smart Centres West which offers a Walmart Supercentre, big box shopping and restaurants.
The 3-storey hotel has 65 smoke-free rooms with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a 50” flat screen TV with cable, a Keurig coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control.
Some rooms include a sofabed, a kitchenette, (stove top, full-size fridge, microwave, sink). Accessible rooms are available.
Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 king bed.
Free outdoor parking for cars and oversize vehicles is on site.

Guests loved this hotel for the cleanliness, low cost and amazing customer service.
Rooms were impressively clean and modern with comfortable beds and pillows, and very large flat screen TVs.
The location offered easy access to the highway and public transit and had restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
Staff were outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of selection and some mentioned enjoying the real dishes and cutlery (instead of plastic).
Guests also liked: a very well-equipped gym, welcome bags for pets, green space behind hotel for pets, ample parking with surveillance, free hot beverages in large to-go cups, free soup (available Fridays and Saturdays) and guest-of-the-day snacks.
