Overview
This hotel is situated in the Polo Park area and is a 3-minute drive from the Winnipeg International Airport (YWG) and an 11-minute walk from the Canad Inns Stadium (home of the CFL's Winnipeg Blue Bombers). This property was last renovated in February 2012 and re-opened in the summer of 2012 under the Holiday Inn brand. With an on-site business centre, indoor pool and free Wi-Fi, this property is well suited for both business and leisure travellers.
This property is 100% smoke-free and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, a TV with pay-per-view movies, a work desk, bathrobes, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a mini-fridge, a safe, free newspapers delivered to guest rooms, and individual climate control. Rooms are furnished with one queen bed, one queen bed and a sofabed, two queen beds or one king bed.
Suites offer more spacious accommodations and are furnished with one king bed and a sofabed.
Parking is available on site for an additional fee of $10 per day. Pets are permitted for an additional fee of $20 per night (maximum pet weight is 80 lbs).

A few guests agreed that the customer service they received could have been better and these guests described the staff that they encountered as disorganized and unprofessional.
