The free buffet breakfast was very well liked by guests with some saying it was above the normal hotel hot breakfast with lots to choose from and even "one of the best I've experienced".

The staff were also very well liked by the guests who reviewed online. Stories were told of how the staff were especially helpful and accommodating anticipating guest needs and being ready to help. One guest review seemed to sum it up for all by saying, "the staff are the friendliest people and so willing to help in any way they can".

The rooms were touted as very clean, spacious and modern, well stocked and well appointed. The beds were thought to be very comfortable and one person said that they were excellent, also mentioning that they had a great night's sleep.

The location was considered to be easy to get to with easy access to restaurants and shops, with Wendy's, Quiznos and Starbucks next door.

Internet service was said to have worked fine. Of the few who commented on noise, most thought the hotel was quiet. The pool and waterslide were mentioned as something of enjoyment by several guests. Guests praised the free parking which was close to the hotel and had plenty of parking spots. One person mentioned that there was a "nice area" behind the hotel to walk the dog.

There were many returning guests who had used this hotel prior and who recommended it to others and also said they would definitely stay here again.

One guest mentioned that there was traffic noise that created some problems sleeping, however they were able to overcome the difficulty by turning on the air-conditioner fan.

Another guest suggested that the pool was a little small.
