The Bad
There were a several concerns shared by guests of this hotel, among the reviews sourced for this report.

Guest reviewers often described the hotel as being in a state of disarray with very dated rooms and unkempt grounds.

Other common complaints found in the reviews were: non-functioning air conditioning or heaters, very poor Wi-Fi and poor TV reception.

Rooms that smelled of smoke and musty hallways were another sore spot for some, but guest comments appeared mixed over the topic of room cleanliness with some saying the rooms were clean and others pointing to stained and dirty carpets.

Several guests described poor service from the staff and owners, although the staff was occasionally described as pleasant.

Many disliked the free breakfast which guests said was stale with minimal selection and presented in what appeared to be a storage room. The restaurant was considered decent by some and sub par by others.

Guest opinion was divided over value, of those who mentioned it in recent reviews, with slightly more reviewers judging the hotel to provide poor value and not worth the money charged.
