Overview

This hotel is situated in the Upper Whistler Village and is within a 10-minute walk of the Gondola for accessing skiing on Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. This condominium rental property offers on-site recreational facilities and is well suited for guests who prefer having the option to relax on-site.

This property is 100% smoke-free. Studio rooms include free Wi-Fi, a balcony, a gas fireplace, a TV, a bar fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a stove, a coffeemaker and a dishwasher. Studio rooms are furnished with one queen bed or one sofabed. One-bedroom suites also include a jetted tub and are furnished with one queen bed and one sofabed, while two-bedrooms suites also include a jetted tub and are furnished with one queen bed, bunk beds and a sofabed.

Parking is available on site for an additional fee of $15 per day and pets are not permitted. This property does not have an on-site restaurant.

On-site recreational facilities include a fitness centre, a steam room, a sauna, a heated outdoor lap pool and an outdoor hot tub. Other on-site amenities include bike storage, guest laundry facilities and ice/vending machines.

The Whistler Museum is 3 minutes away on foot, while the Whistler Olympic Plaza is a 4-minute walk away. The Good

Many guests indicated that the location of this property was the only highlight, among the reviews used for this analysis.

Reviewers described the location as convenient for accessing restaurants, shopping and ski lifts on foot.

A few guests thought that their rooms were generally comfortable, quiet and well-equipped with in-room kitchens.

A couple of reviewers thought that the room rates were reasonable, however other guests disagreed (see below for more details).

The Bad

Several guests seemed to be disappointed by their stay at this property and some reviewers indicated that they would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

Several reviewers found their beds uncomfortable and a couple of guests were disappointed to discover that the provided bed was a Murphy bed.

A few guests described general wear and tear in their units, while a couple of guests said that the in-room appliances were not in good working condition. A couple reviewers said that their rooms did not meet their cleanliness expectations and one guest described finding food and debris that was left behind by previous guests. A couple of guests thought that their rooms were too small.

A couple of reviewers were disappointed that a front desk agent was not available 24-hours a day and these guests found it frustrating to call a phone number when they were in need of assistance outside the front desk hours.

A couple of guests complained about the parking fees ($15 per day), while a couple of other reviewers thought that the room rates in general were overpriced.
