The Bad
Many were disappointed with several aspects of the hotel's service, in the reviews that were sourced online.

The rooms were not as clean and well maintained as expected. It seems that the hotel was short staffed in the housekeeping department, as many rooms were rented out without having been properly cleaned. Guests also complained of housekeeping neglecting to replenish supplies and clean the rooms during their stays. Guests also found broken amenities and areas that were worn and needed replacing.

Some guests complained of small and cramped rooms and bathrooms and uncomfortable beds.

The hotel was hard to locate with poor signage; guests also had difficulty locating the underground parking lot and found the parking to be expensive.

Some complained of having to walk across the street in bathing suits as the hotel's advertised pool and hot tub was in another property with no change rooms or washrooms there for changing. Others said they had to access ice in the sister hotel as well.

Some guests described having to use the stairs to access their rooms with their luggage as the elevators did not service all rooms on all floors.
