This Whistler Village property is ideally located for guests who want to be close to the action and lifts, but somewhat removed from the noise of the main pedestrian streets of the village. It is located on the west end of the village, about a 6-minute walk to the gondolas and about 3 minutes walking distance from several restaurants.
This hotel is smoke free and all 192 guest rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a flat-screen TV with cable, a Keurig coffee and tea maker, a mini-fridge, a desk, iPod docks, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a soaker tub, bathrobes, and a hair dryer. Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 or 2 king beds. Room extras include a sofabed, an electric fireplace, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, snack tray, mountain views, a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, mini-dishwasher, stove top, cookware, dinnerware) and dining table for 6.
Underground secured parking is available on site for $19 per night. Pets are permitted for an additional fee of $25 per stay.
The on-site restaurant, Whistler Cooks Catering, is open seasonally from mid-December to the beginning of April and serves a buffet breakfast.
Hotel amenities include a heated outdoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a sun deck, a sauna, a fitness centre, a PressReader, a business centre, a guest laundry, elevators and meeting rooms.

This hotel was very well liked by its guests who left high scores in the reviews. They conveyed that it was very comfortable and well maintained, and they felt well taken care of for a reasonable cost.
Guests really liked their rooms. They described them as nicely decorated, clean with comfortable beds and well equipped with in-room safes and mini-fridges. Many felt the hotel provided peace and quiet and a good night's rest.
Guests had enjoyable experiences at this hotel. The staff were described as enthusiastic and helpful and it seems that guests felt well treated by the staff. They considered them to be genuinely friendly, knowledgeable with good recommendations and quick to respond to requests.
Guests of this hotel felt they were in a prime location. They described having nice views of the mountains and golf course, and were very pleased to be in a quiet spot, but still a short walk to the main square of the village where they could get gondola tickets, shop and dine.
Although the parking was an extra $19, several emphasized that the parking was secure and underground which they appreciated.
Many conveyed that the hotel provided good value for the room price, especially for being right in the village.
Adding value to the stay were: lovely pool and hot tub, high quality Aveda toiletries, and a good little gym.
There was the occasional complaint from guests along several themes, but these were by far in the minority, in the reviews read online.more
With regard to the rooms, a few guests mentioned that the carpets were getting worn looking or were stained, and some complained of noisy neighbours or said they could hear people in the hallways.
With regard to the amenities on site, a few guests found the outdoor pool a little small, and sometimes guests said the hotel was lacking a free breakfast or restaurant. Occasionally guests did not like having an extra charge for parking.
