The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback.
Room complaints found were: room was a little warm, no window that opens--only a balcony, no desk or table, no shower-only a bathtub, room a bit cramped with low ceiling, bathroom needed updating, mattress a little firm (not a pillowtop), furniture was uncomfortable to sit on, and room needed some minor repairs.
Noise transferred from: the ceiling fan, creaking floors, guests in neighbouring room, and harbour traffic.
Other comments found: some staff lacked graciousness on occasion.
