About the hotel: This well-maintained budget hotel is located across from Mayfair Shopping Centre. It’s just over 30 minutes on foot or a 10-minute drive from The Bay Centre, downtown's mall and the Inner Harbour Centre at the waterfront.
The hotel has 22 smoke-free and pet-free rooms on 4 floors with elevator access.
All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a tea kettle, a large fridge, a microwave, a table and chairs/desk, an iron and ironing board (on request), a hair dryer, windows that open and an electric fan.
Some rooms include a sofabed, a full kitchen and an ornamental fireplace.

Rooms were very clean with comfy beds, updated bathrooms and great shower pressure.
The location was quiet—an easy walk to restaurants, the bus stop and mall and downtown was an easy drive or bus ride.
Staff were friendly and accommodating and willing to help with directions and recommendations.
Guests also liked: a real potted plant in the room.
