This hotel is located in a residential area, a 9-minute drive or 21-minute walk from the city centre. The BC Legislature and the Inner Harbour are both a 9-minute walk.

The smoke-free and pet-free hotel has 3 buildings, 3 floors and 45 rooms with no elevator.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with cable, a desk, windows that open, central heating and an electric fan.

a sofabed, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, 2 TVs, a living room, a full kitchen, a kitchenette (stove top, large fridge, microwave), a mini-fridge, a dining table, an electric fireplace, and a semi-private verandah.

Guests should note:
hair dryers and irons and ironing boards are available on request at the front desk.

Guests typically enjoyed this well-maintained hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, value and location.

Rooms were clean and with comfy beds and quality bedding.

Guests liked the location. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, an easy walk to the harbour and BC Legislature, Beacon Hill Park, restaurants and shopping.

Staff were friendly, informative and helpful.

Guests enjoyed breakfast and other meals on site. There were nightly drink specials, generous portions, craft beers, reasonable prices and great staff.

Guests also liked: 15% off coupons for the restaurant, sitting on the 3rd floor terrace and watching the horse-drawn carriages go by, and beautiful flower gardens and landscaping on site.

The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback.

Room complaints found were: poor TV reception, room was small, shower’s water changed to hot and cold, floors were slanted, and no hair dryer or coffeemaker was in the room.

Noise was rarely mentioned but occasionally it transferred from: the lobby, wooden floors, hallways, the pub and plumbing.
