The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous reviewers, who described them as clean, modern, spacious, quiet and well equipped, with comfortable beds. One patron remarked, "I was really impressed by the intricate details that the hotel has. From the lighting in the bathroom to the trendy decor, the comfortable beds and the soft feather pillows". A few lodgers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Many guests enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast. They described it as great and tasty, with a good variety of hot and cold items, helpful staff and a large dining room. One traveller noted, "What I liked most was the free, hot breakfast. Unlike some hotels that offer only cereal and maybe a bagel, this hotel had eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), bagels, toast, cereal, sausages, fruit".
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, finding it close to highway access, Lakeside Casino, restaurants, shopping and golfing. One guest mentioned, "As for location, it is absolutely prime for me. Superstore, Blendz, and a very large casino are right across the road, and within fifteen-to-thirty minutes of walking you can reach a great bakery, a variety of restaurants, the best tiny barber shop I've ever visited, and a cool little coffee shop called Bean To Cup".
