The Bad
Positive reviews greatly outnumbered negative reviews for this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis. There were few concerns found and most complaints appeared to be isolated experiences. However, a few guests found the front entrance of this hotel difficult to locate. One reviewer suggested that this problem exists because the address for the hotel is on West Georgia Street, while the entrance to the lobby is on Alberni Street.
Isolated complaints included: expensive parking fees ($35 per night), no breakfast buffet option at the on-site restaurant, limited seating at the pool area, not enough in-room storage space for personal items, and no hand-rails in the tubs.
