The Good
In the reviews read for this analysis, most guests seemed to be satisfied with their stays and gave positive feedback.

Guests typically found the location very convenient for accessing public transit, downtown attractions, shopping venues, and many great ethnic restaurant choices on foot. Some reviewers also mentioned walking to the Rogers Arena for hockey games and also found groceries and a Shoppers Drug Mart conveniently located across the street.

Some guests enjoyed pleasant views of the city from their guest rooms, found the in-suite kitchens well-equipped with the necessary appliances and were pleased to have separated bedrooms in some of the rooms. Several reviewers described their rooms as clean, however this opinion was not shared by all guests (see below for more details).

Many guests liked the staff and found them helpful and friendly. Some guests found the hotel a decent value and planned to return.

The Bad
This hotel did get some negative feedback from its guests in the recent reviews read for this editorial.

While some guests found their rooms to be clean (as mentioned above) several reviewers described cleanliness inconsistencies, with a lack of attention to detail and what seemed like indifference on the part of the housekeeping staff. Guests occasionally complained about appliances not working such as a TV, a remote control and a clothes dryer.

Several guests were disturbed in their rooms by traffic noise and some reviewers said that they were disrupted by sounds from neighbouring rooms. A late-night club on the main level was a source of loud noise with drunk patrons into the wee hours of the morning.

A few reviewers complained that the elevators were slow and that they were often waiting long periods of time for the elevators to arrive. Occasionally a guest would get stuck between floors in the elevator.

A few guests described their beds as uncomfortable and a couple of reviewers thought that their guest rooms and bathrooms were small.
