Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All one-bedroom suites include free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a private balcony, a full kitchen, a sofabed, a sitting room and individual climate control. All bedrooms are furnished with one queen bed.

Family suites are also available and include the same amenities as mentioned above, but the bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.

Parking is available on site for $31.50 per night. Pets are permitted in select rooms for $25 plus tax per night along with a $250 refundable deposit on the guest's credit card. Other on-site amenities include guest business services, a 24-hour front desk, safe deposit boxes, luggage storage and guest laundry facilities.

The Coal Harbour Marina and Community Centre are both about 5 minutes away on foot, while the Vancouver Convention Centre is a 12-minute walk away. Stanley Park may be accessed within a 13-minute walk, while the Harbour Centre Tower and the Steamworks Brewery are both 20 minutes away on foot (or a 6-minute drive away). BC Place Stadium and GM Place (arena and concert venue) are both 8 minutes away by car. The Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is a half an hour drive away.
