Located about a 7-minute drive from Vancouver's city centre along Highway 99, Vancouver Extended Stay is geared towards business or vacation travellers who prefer centrally located condo-style accommodations with extended kitchen amenities and easy highway access.

The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers, who found it close to attractions, restaurants, shopping, Coal Harbour, Robson St., Stanley Park and a pharmacy. One patron noted, "The location is also excellent, right in the West End off Robson St, on the edge of Coal Harbour. No need for a car, everything you can possibly need is 15 minutes' walk at the very most".
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay, characterizing the staff as efficient, helpful and friendly. One guest remarked, "Staff are all wonderful, from housekeeping to the managers. We always felt welcome and looked after".
