Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as central and easy to find, as well as close to public transit, restaurants, Granville Island, Gastown, the ferry terminal and Children's & Women's Health Centre of British Columbia.
Numerous guests praised their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious, luxurious, quiet, modern and well equipped, with comfortable beds and linens. A few patrons did have complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as friendly, accommodating and helpful with recommendations and directions.

This means that your windows will very likely be closed at night and the AC will be on, or you will be wearing earplugs".
