Overview
This hotel is located in downtown Vancouver and is a 3 minute walk from the harbourfront, the Vancouver Convention Centre, and the cruise ship terminal. This hotel is ideally situated for tourists and business travellers looking to explore the downtown area on foot.

This hotel is 100% smoke free and pet free and all 85 rooms include free Wi-Fi, a Keurig tea/coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a safe, and a flat screen TV and windows that open. Self parking is available for $18 per night plus tax. 

There are multiple on-site dining options. The Chelsea Restaurant and Lounge serves daily breakfast (beginning at 7:00am) and lunch on weekdays. Butcher and Bullock offers pub fare and is open daily from 11:00am - 12:00am.

On-site amenities include dry cleaning (extra fees apply), coin-operated laundry machines, meeting rooms, and ice and vending machines.

The Vancouver Lookout (observation tower with a viewing deck 550 feet above ground) is a 5 minute walk from this proeprty. The Vancouver Art Gallery and Pacific Centre Mall are both about a 7-minute walk away. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre (performing arts venue) is an 11-minute walk away, while B.C. Place Stadium and Rogers Arena are both 16 minute away on foot.

The Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is 25-30 minutes away by car (walking and driving time estimates: Google Maps).
