Overview
This is an all-suite property that promotes itself as centrally located in downtown Vancouver, with over 50 restaurants and cafes in a 2-block radius of the hotel. This property is ideal for business travellers looking to access nearby business offices on foot or for tourists who prefer to walk to downtown attractions.

This hotel is 100% non-smoking and all units include separate living and bedroom areas, a kitchen with full-sized appliances, a single-cup coffeemaker, a TV and DVD player, a work desk and chair, free Wi-Fi, a balcony or solarium, an iron and ironing board, and a safe deposit box.

Secure underground parking is available on site for an additional fee of $25 per night (includes in-out privileges). Pets are not permitted at this hotel.

On-site amenities include a fitness centre, meeting rooms, concierge service, coin-operated laundry machines, and dry cleaning.

This hotel is located in the dining and entertainment district and there are many downtown attractions within walking distance of this hotel. The Vancouver Art Gallery is a 7-minute walk away, while The Vancouver Lookout (observation tower with a viewing deck 550 feet above ground) is 14 minutes away. The Queen Elizabeth Theatre is a 15-minute walk away.

Many guests described their rooms as clean and spacious. A couple of reviewers described their rooms as well-appointed with modern and "luxurious" furnishings. A couple of guests specifically mentioned that their beds were comfortable.

Several reviewers noted the large floor-to-ceiling windows in their room that provided pleasant views of the city and the English Bay area. One guest described the view as "stunning".
