Overview

Located just off Highway 5 in the Canadian Rockies, the Ramada Valemount is geared to car travellers who require a stopover hotel with extended kitchen amenities and easy highway access.

This hotel has 68 air-conditioned guest rooms and suites, all of which offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Standard rooms offer one king or two queen beds, while various rooms and suites also offer amenities such as additional beds, a kitchenette, a fireplace and a jetted tub.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool with a waterslide, a hot tub, fitness facilities, a business centre, meeting/conference space, convenience store, laundromat, free parking and a free continental breakfast featuring fresh fruit and a selection of hot and cold items. Accessible rooms are available upon request, and pets are not permitted. This hotel features an accessible elevator to all levels. Service animals are welcome.

A&W is a 1-minute walk form the hotel and The Great Escape Restaurant is about a 4-minute walk away. Valemount Pines Golf and Country Club is a 4-minute drive northwest. Noise disturbances were mentioned by a few lodgers. They reported noisy air conditioning units, as well as noisy neighbours in adjacent rooms and overhead.
