Overview
This property is situated in a secluded natural setting that is only accessible by boat, seaplane or water taxi. Adjacent to the Broken Group Islands and Pacific Rim National Park, this hotel is well suited for guests who prefer to explore the outdoors and for fishers. This property offers private fishing charters and fishing packages.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a desk and a balcony. This property also offers private cottages that are equipped with a fireplace, a sofabed, a kitchenette, dishes, a patio and a hair dryer. Accessible rooms are available. Irons and ironing boards and hair dryers are available on site. Pets are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $40 per night.

All meals are included in the price of the room, including dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. The on-site dining room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Fishing packages include three nights' accommodations, meals in the on-site dining room, two full-day and two half-day trips, fishing on a 23' to 27' boat, fishing rods, tackle, bait, expert fish cleaning and vacuum packaging and rain gear. Single-day packages are also available.

Other on-site amenities include a marina, a hot tub, kayak rentals, a spa and a media/games room.

Guests may access B.C. ferry service, seaplanes or water taxis in the town of Ucluelet. Other Ucluelet attractions include Rendezvous Dive Adventures, Majestic Ocean Kayaking, Canadian Outback Adventures & Events and Music-By-The-Sea Society. The Good
Many guests gave glowing reviews about their experience at this hotel, among the guest reviews used for this analysis. One couple mentioned, "this is a great lodge for fishing, but the real insider's secret is that it is romantic, rustic and a fantastic get-away for couples too" and another couple said that they, "fell in love with this luxurious gem set amidst breathtaking wilderness".

Many other guests agreed with the above couples' sentiments and enjoyed the natural setting. These guests described many wildlife sightings while exploring the surrounding area on foot or by boat.

The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly, attentive and helpful service.

The food served at the free meals was often praised by guests. One reviewer described "top quality food each day", while another guest said, "the food was outstanding; I asked the chef to cook the salmon that I had just caught. It was on the menu for our table that night."

Many guests enjoyed their fishing excursions and described catching ample salmon, halibut and coho. A few reviewers appreciated that the staff were able to clean and vacuum pack their caught fish.
