Nancy Greene's Cahilty Hotel & Suites

This hotel backs onto the Gentle Giant Ski Trail on Sun Peaks Ski Resort. Offering direct access to ski trails, this property is well suited for guests who prefer ski-in/ski-out accommodations. Being right in the village offers guests other nearby dining opportunities in walking distance.

This property is 100% smoke free and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, a TV and a DVD player, a coffeemaker, a kettle, heated bathroom floors and individual climate control. Lodge rooms are furnished with two queen beds. Efficiency and kitchenette rooms also include a kitchenette (a counter-high fridge, a convection microwave, a crock pot, an electric frying pan, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle). These rooms are furnished with a queen pull-down bed or a queen pull-down bed and a sofabed. 

Loft rooms offer the same amenities as the efficiency and kitchenette rooms, but are furnished with one king bed or a tri-bunk bed in the loft and a sofabed on the main floor. Suites offer more spacious accommodations and select suites also include a full kitchen, a second TV and a second bathroom. This hotel offers one-, two- and three-bedroom suites with a variety of bed configurations. Certain lofts and suites also feature a fireplace.

Heated underground parking is available on site for $10 per night in the winter and it is free in the summer and pets are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $35 for the first day and $5 for each subsequent day.

The on-site Cahilty Creek Bar and Grill serves dinner daily in the summer season, while breakfast and lunch are also served in the winter season.

Other on-site amenities include a sauna, an indoor hot tub, an outdoor hot tub, secure ski/bike storage, a fitness centre, a computer station, a ski waxing bench, a family reading and games room, meeting/event space, guest laundry facilities and an ATM. 

Shuttle service to Vancouver, Whistler Ski Resort and Revelstoke is available for an additional fee of $159 per person (return travel included). The shuttle service runs on a schedule and travel may be arranged in advance through the front desk staff.

The Sun Peaks Golf Course is 4 minutes away by car, while the base of the mountain (shopping and restaurants) is about 7 minutes away on foot. Access to the Trans-Canada Highway and downtown Kamloops (shopping, restaurants, night life and museums) are about an hour away by car. The Kamloops Golf and Country Club and the Kamloops Airport (YKA) are both about a 65-minute drive away. (All walking and driving time estimates: Google Maps)
