Overview
This property is situated on the Trans-Canada Highway, a 3-minute drive from the shores of Shuswap Lake. Offering an indoor pool, a free hot breakfast and family suites with a separate bedroom, this hotel is well suited for families with young children and vacationers on road trips seeking to stay in pleasant surroundings near the lake.
more This hotel is smoke free and all 65 rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a desk and individual climate control. All guest rooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed or 2 queen beds.
Suites offer more spacious accommodations and may include a 42" flat screen TV, a separate bedroom with a second TV, a living and dining area, a sofabed, an electric fireplace, a walk-in shower, bathrobes, and a 2-person jacuzzi. Accessible rooms are also available.
Free parking is available on site with a surveillance system that is view-able in guest rooms on their TV. Pets are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $20 per day to a maximum of $100 per week. The Good
Guest reviews revealed that this is a nicely-renovated facility that is well maintained and looks like new. The setting is pleasant with green space, overlooking a river, with an outdoor deck to sit and take in the pleasant surroundings. The hospitable staff are motivated to surpass guests' expectations and this is what makes this hotel an unexpected pleasure for so many guests.
Guests enjoyed very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi was considered reliable.
The staff received a lot of praise for their friendly and helpful service. One reviewer said that "the staff couldn't do enough for you".
Guests typically found the hotel easily accessible from the highway and located near desirable restaurants and the beach.
