The Good

Numerous lodgers praised the hotel's location. They found it to be close to highway access, a gas station, a convenience store, as well as several fast food outlets and hockey arenas.
The hotel's staff were a source of many compliments by reviewers and were depicted as accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. One guest remarked, "the front desk staff went out of their way to suggest nearby attractions and restaurants we should experience while in town".
Several guests described their rooms as clean and well equipped, with nice lake views and comfortable beds and linens. It should be noted however, that a few guests complained of stained and worn carpets.
The Bad
