The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's rates, staff, rooms and location.

The hotel's rates were praised by numerous guests, who found them inexpensive, reasonable, budget friendly and excellent. One patron noted, "For the price of well under a $100.00 per night I would stay here before any of the more expensive hotels in town. You can't beat the price nor the extra friendly service".

Many lodgers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as helpful, friendly and accommodating. One guest remarked, "Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even offered us towels for the hot springs AFTER we had checked out! 'Just bring them back on your way back'. We did. Full marks to the proprieters".

Several reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel, describing their rooms as clean, updated and cozy, with good Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. One patron mentioned, "it had some luxury touches: the bedroom had a hardwood floor, and the bathroom had solid granite floor tiles. We had 2 leather reclining chairs ( VERY comfortable for watching TV). The table was beautiful dark wood. The king size bed was super comfortable. We had a fridge and microwave. Glasses spotlessly clean and bagged. The towels were thick and fluffy".

The hotel's location was convenient for several travellers, who found it close to downtown, highway access, shopping and restaurants.
