About the hotel: This downtown hotel is situated within a big-box shopping complex and a 7-minute walk from the Crossroads Shopping Centre. It offers a well-liked restaurant and free 4-minute shuttle ride to the airport and ferry, along with a number of comfortable renovated rooms.

more A frequent complaint about the hotel was voiced by guests who were given a more dated room than the ones they had seen pictured online. The hotel does have renovated rooms and older rooms, and renovations are ongoing.
These same guests also felt the older, tired rooms with polyester blankets, old TVs and loud heaters were not worth the room price being charged. Occasionally guests that were assigned newer, upgraded rooms, also judged them too expensive for what was offered.
A few guests said the courtyard also looked tired and could do with a sprucing up.
