Overview
This summer and winter destination is situated in the Rocky Mountains, about a 30-minute drive from the town of Invermere. This resort offers skiing, heli-skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, golf and a hot pools water park.

There are about 13 hotels and vacation properties available on this mountain resort and these properties include condos, townhouses and traditional hotel rooms. Properties offering fully-furnished condo units (many with full kitchens) are located in both the Upper and Lower Villages.

The Upper Village features the Panorama Springs Pools, Mile 1 Quad Chair, Magic Carpet and Silver Platter lifts. Guests staying in this area have direct access to ski trails and lifts.

The Lower Village condo buildings provide access to the Toby Chair lift within a short walk. Condo properties are best suited for guests who prefer self-contained accommodations and are not concerned about having daily housekeeping or 24-hour front desk staff.

Townhouse units are situated in both the Upper and Lower Villages. Offering direct access to beginner or novice ski trails and several different lifts, these units are well suited for guests and families who prefer private entrances and ski-in/ski-out accommodations. Many of these townhouse units offer one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations with full kitchen facilities.

The Pine Inn is situated at the base of the mountain and offers standard hotel-style accommodations with rooms configured with either two queen beds or one king bed. This hotel also features an outdoor pool and hot tub.

The First Tracks Hostel is the most budget-oriented property on the resort. This property offers shared accommodations with bunk beds, common living areas and personal lockers. The First Tracks Hostel is situated next to the Mile 1 Quad Chair lift.

Most properties offer free parking and pets are permitted in select properties, although additional fees may apply.

There are two restaurants located on the mountain: Mile One Hut (apres ski drinks and Mediterranean cuisine) and the Summit Hut (lunch, apres ski and fondue) which is located 2370 meters above sea-level. Ten other restaurants are located in the village area.

The Panorama Springs Pools, located in the Upper Village, are Canada's largest slope-side hot pools. There five pools, one large cold pool, one large warm pool, two waterslides, a splash pad and a sauna. These facilities are open all year and a locker and shower area is available for guests. The Tube and Tobogganing Park at the base of the village is well suited for children and families and features a conveyor lift for getting back to the top of the hill repeatedly without tiring.

The Greywolf Golf Course is situated south of the Lower Village and is open from May 17 to September 15.

There are several gift shops and a grocery store located in the village. Guest services (lift passes and snowmobile tours), child care, PURE Spa (massage services) and Mountain Eye Photography services are also available on the resort.

A 30-minute drive away, the town of Invermere features shopping, restaurants, a couple of golf courses and the College of the Rockies. The Fairmont Hot Springs, Columbia Lake Provincial Park and the Fairmont Hot Springs Airport (YCZ) are all about a one-hour drive away. (All driving time estimates: Google Maps)
