Overview
This all-suite resort is situated in East Osoyoos overlooking Lake Osoyoos and Haynes Point Provincial Park. This property features a private beach and promotes itself as the only licensed beach in Osoyoos. This hotel is well suited for leisure travellers looking to enjoy the beach on Lake Osoyoos and on-site amenities such as a spa and private boat dock.

This hotel is 100% smoke-free and all 112 rooms and suites include free Wi-Fi, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, coffeemaker, microwave and dishwasher), a flat screen TV, a DVD/mp3 player, a dining area, separate bedroom and living areas and individual climate control. Select suites also include a balcony and/or a fireplace. One-bedroom suites are furnished with one king bed, while two-bedroom suites are furnished with one king bed in each bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms. Penthouse suites that accommodate up to 8 people are also available.

Free parking is available on site and pets are not permitted.

The on-site Promenade Tapas and Wine Bar serves lunch and dinner. Alcoholic beverage service is also available poolside.

On-site recreational facilities include an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness centre, a full-service spa and massage services. Other on-site amenities include a conference centre, a convenience store, a common BBQ area, and guest laundry facilities.

The Sonora Dunes Executive Golf Club, Spirit Ridge Vineyard and the Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre are all accessible within an 8-minute drive. The Haynes Point Provincial Park is 12 minutes away by car, while the US border crossing is a 10-minute drive away. The Rattlesnake Canyon amusement park (bumper boats, mini-golf and go-karts) is 3 minutes away by car, while the Vineyards of the Okanagan Valley, including the Inniskillin Vineyard, are about a 22-minute drive away. Many guests described their rooms as clean and comfortable, while other reviewers thought that their rooms were spacious, well-appointed with modern furnishings and had pleasant views of the lake. Several guests mentioned that their in-suite kitchens were well-equipped "with everything you could ask for".

Many reviewers praised the on-site beach with beverage service and the outdoor pool area that included a couple of hot tubs. Even guests who stayed during the off-season said that they enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs.
