The Bad
The hotel received some negative feedback in reviews sourced for this analysis.
A handful of guests were displeased about smelling cigarette smoke in their rooms, although they readily mentioned that the staff were very accommodating in giving them new rooms.
A couple of guests found the breakfast room crowded during busier times of the year, although guests also appreciated the hotel having an outside eating area or deck attached to the breakfast room for warmer weather.
There were a couple of complaints about uncomfortable pillows in the reviews read for this report. Although the bedding has recently been replaced during the renovations, it's uncertain if these were rooms that were yet to be renovated, or simply a matter of personal taste.
