Complaints focused on outdated furniture, stale and musty odours and rooms and bathrooms that were not cleaned to the standard expected.
Rooms and bathrooms were sometimes described as small and cramped.
A few guests were disappointed with very limited channels or fuzzy TV reception.
Not all rooms had built-in air conditioners, but the hotel supplied portable ones and a few guests said they had no AC during their stay.
