Overview

Hotel's location: This north Langley hotel is just off the Trans-Canada Hwy, an easy walk to restaurants and shops and 16 minutes' drive from downtown Langley.

The smoke-free hotel offers 85 rooms over 5 floors with elevator access.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, free local calls, a 32" flat screen HDTV with cable and pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, windows that open and climate control.

Some rooms include a sofabed, a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, sink), a dining table, a living room area, a gas fireplace, bathrobes, a 1-person jetted tub and a 2-person jacuzzi. Accessible rooms are also available and microwaves are available upon request.

Rooms are furnished with 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 king bed.

Free parking is available on site for cars and oversize vehicles.

Pets can stay (2 maximum) for $10 per pet, per night.

A free hot buffet breakfast is offered to all guests.

Free coffee and tea is available all day in the lobby.

There is no restaurant on site, but guests will find Walnut Grove Pub & Bistro and A&W in the parking lot as well as many other choices within a 4-minute walk.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, a fitness centre, a business centre, a guest laundry, dry cleaning, safety deposit, free newspapers and meeting rooms.

What's nearby? Downtown Vancouver is 39 minutes by car without traffic. The village of Fort Langley and Fort Langley National Historic Site is an 11-minute drive away. The Good

Guests liked this hotel and left lots of good scores in the reviews.

It was a very clean hotel, with free all day coffee in the lobby and friendly and professional staff.

The location was right off the Trans-Canada Hwy with easy on/off access, and had lots of restaurants very near by.

Rooms were enjoyed for their spaciousness, windows that opened, comfy beds and pillows and for bathrooms that had lots of counter space as well as large tubs and showers.

Guests enjoyed the free hot breakfast buffet. They found the breakfast varied and plentiful with lots of hot choices and the breakfast area kept very clean. In the summer there was a patio surrounded by a landscaped garden where guests could enjoy breakfast.

There was plenty of parking available with on-site security patrols, and some guests commented positively about the pool being inviting and having separate dressing and entry areas for men and women.

Many reviewers felt the hotel offered good value.

The Bad

There were a few negative comments, that seemed more like nitpicks, found online.

Although many said they could not hear traffic, a few guests found the traffic side of the hotel a little noisy. There was the odd complaint of a noisy AC unit or dogs barking as well.
