Located across from Orchard Park Mall, just off Highway 97 and an 8-minute drive from Kelowna's city centre, the Dilworth Inn is geared towards travellers who require a well-priced hotel with a complimentary breakfast, extended kitchen amenities and easy highway access.
This smoke-free and pet-free hotel has 50 air-conditioned guest rooms and suites, each offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk and a hair dryer. Rooms offer one queen bed or two double beds. Some rooms also feature a balcony or patio and may also offer a kitchenette, full kitchen or a sitting area with a sofabed.

The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's value, location and rooms.
Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's value, and described the rates as cheap, reasonable and affordable.
The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests. They found it to be close to shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and highway access. Being right across from the Orchard Park Mall was very pleasing to many guests.
Several lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel, and described their rooms as well equipped, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Some reviewers had problems with their rooms, however (see below).
A few guests said the pool and hot tub area were also clean and well maintained and more than one guest found enjoyment and value in the indoor pool on site.
The Bad
There were several complaints from guests but most were not repeated by other guests in the reviews read for this report.
more One common thread however among guests was that the hotel was dated, with older TVs and perhaps due for a renovation, although guests seemed to agree that it still provided for a comfortable stay.
