The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the rooms.

Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and spacious rooms, a few guests had complaints about their accommodations. They reported a lack of cooking utensils, hair dryers and coffeemakers, as well as uncomfortable beds (too firm).

As noted above, many reviewers were happy with the staff, but a few left negative comments. These reviewers seemed to have been expecting service on par with personnel trained at a traditional hotel. As noted in the overview, because this is a university residence, many of the staff members are students.
