The Bad
A few guests who stayed in the off-seasons (spring to fall) were disappointed with the lack of amenities available in the village. These guests suggested that the lodge would be a better place to stay during the winter months when Kicking Horse Mountain Resort was in full operations and there are more dining options open. A couple of guests also complained that the rooms were very hot during the summer months and that they lacked air conditioning.
