The Bad
There were some complaints online from guests who were less than satisfied with their stays.

Although many guests found attentive and accommodating staff, there were also many complaints about them being rude, not knowing how to deal with complaints and being unwilling to answer questions about the hotel and surrounding area.

Several guests complained about the noise from the Foggy Dew restaurant and bar that is attached. Other noise complaints cited by guests were: the SkyTrain, the highway, and guests in the hotel hallways.

Occasionally guests found minor maintenance issues in the rooms, uncomfortably hard beds and noisy AC units.

Some guests mentioned having difficulty scheduling the free area shuttle. Also because the pool and hot tub did not open until 10 am, guests who were checking out felt it was difficult to get a swim in the morning.
