The Good
Recent guests found this hotel to provide a comfortable stopover. They typically considered the hotel to be clean and returning guests noticed that the hotel had been updated from their previous stay.
more Guests were pleased with the rates charged, the extra amenities such as microwaves and mini-fridges and found the beds comfortable. Although the rooms were considered to be basic, with no views, they were relatively quiet and smelled fresh.
Some rates include a continental breakfast which some guests found tasty and well laid out. On offer were microwavable frittatas and waffles, plus cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice and toast.
Some were pleased with the location near the highway, with fast food and decent restaurants nearby, and said there was plenty of parking available for guests.
The Bad
Some complaints were made by guests.
more With regard to the rooms, guests felt that rooms that overlooked the atrium and pool, got no fresh air as the windows did not open and they were prone to smelling of chlorine. Another complaint was that there were no plugs in the small bathrooms for modern hair appliances. Some guests called the hotel dated and also complained of ineffective AC units.
Very occasionally guests said they could hear the TV in the room next door or people in the pool until 10 pm.
With regard to the pool, guests sometimes found it over-chlorinated, and the pool area hot and muggy in the summer.
