The hotel's staff were praised by many lodgers who found them friendly, attentive and accommodating. One patron noted, "My husband and I loved that we felt like we were with friends from the moment we arrived at Robin and Rob's home. They welcomed us into their home as if we had known them forever".
Numerous reviewers enjoyed the hotel's breakfast, describing it as yummy, plentiful, fresh, healthy and amazing. One guest remarked, "Make sure that you come to the breakfast table hungry...I have never had a 3 course breakfast before, so yummy!! From the home made bread to the lovely fresh fruit to the "PERFECT" eggs, Robin goes out of her way to set it all out in front of you with beautiful linen's and attention to detail".

One patron noted, "A fabulous deck and backyard beg to be explored. The Elbow River runs behind the property and can be faintly heard babbling along. Redwood Meadows is a very tiny town 15 minutes from Calgary but well worth the drive. It is quiet and surrounded with evergreen forests and amazing wildlife".
