This hotel is newly renovated and completely non-smoking. All of the 142 rooms have free Wi-Fi, a 32" flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 1 queen bed or 1 king bed. Room extras include a mini-fridge, a microwave, a mini-kitchen (counter with sink, mini-fridge, microwave), a second TV, a sofabed and a separate bedroom. Accessible rooms are also available.
Free parking is available on site. Pets are allowed in select rooms for $10 per pet, per night.
Guests can dine on site at Moxie's Grill & Bar, serving lunch and dinner daily. There is also a 24-hr Denny's adjacent to the hotel. There are a number of other dining options located within a 5-minute walk from this hotel.

Guests typically found clean rooms that provided for a good night's rest (although there were some errors in this regard--see below for more details). Several were pleased with the renovations taking place at the hotel.
Guests received good service from staff, who were described as lovely, very accommodating, caring, friendly, professional and helpful.
Location was a draw for many guests, who appreciated being close to shopping, restaurants and the highway.
Guests liked that the hotel was attached to a well-known restaurant chain (Moxie's) and appreciated the food, the prices and the service that they received there.
There were some additional comments from guests who enjoyed the pool and who found the hotel to be quiet.

A few guests were disappointed that the hotel did not have a free breakfast.
Some guests occasionally still found areas that the hotel needed to improve, either by way of maintenance, or attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. Some also complained of dated furniture, doors that didn't lock and appliances that were non functional during their stays.
Several guests complained of uncomfortable beds or pillows and a couple of guests complained that there was no on-screen TV programming guide.
