Overview

This B&B is situated on secluded riverfront property, about a 3-minute drive from Highway 2. Offering only 6 rooms, this B&B is well suited for guests who prefer more intimate accommodations outside of a city centre area.

This hotel is 100% smoke free and all rooms include free Wi-Fi, a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player and an en suite bathroom. Rooms are furnished with one queen bed. The suite is furnished with a jetted tub, one queen bed and two twin beds.

Free parking is available on site. Pets are not permitted, however, a dog and a cat live on site.

A full free breakfast is served daily from 7 am to 9 am. Food allergies can be accommodated if the B&B is notified in advance. Breakfast to go for early or late risers can be ordered by 8 pm the previous evening. There is no on-site restaurant but dining at The Saskatoon Farm is a 6-minute drive away or at Boston Pizza, 17 minutes away by car.

Other on-site amenities include a pool, a hot tub, a games room (piano, dart board, billiards, foosball and air hockey), a workout area with free weights, a steam shower sauna and a home theatre with a large DVD collection and surround sound. Coffee or tea can be provided upon arrival if requested ahead. Guests may want to note that this property has a no-walk-ins policy.

The River's Edge Golf Club is about a 9-minute drive away. The Seaman Stadium (arena and concert venue) is 10 minutes away by car, while the dining and shopping district of Okotoks is about a 14-minute drive away. The Okotoks Airport (CFX2) is a 15-minute drive away.

Downtown Calgary, including shopping, nightlife and the Saddledome, is about 38 minutes away by car, while the Calgary International Airport (YYC) is about a 45-minute drive away. (All driving times estimates: Google Maps)

Several reviewers found their rooms to be comfortable and well appointed, while a couple of other guests also mentioned that their rooms were clean. One reviewer had a complaint about cleanliness, however (see below).
