The Bad
Some offered their critique of the hotel and its services.
The most common complaint was the concerning the free breakfast. Although many were pleased that at these cheap room rates, there was a free breakfast, a few guests felt it needed the addition of protein items and fresh fruit.
Recent room complaints were: room/bathroom was small, the smell of cleaning products and deodorizers was strong, and the room smelled of stale smoke plus deodorizer.
Occasionally, guests complained of hearing traffic noise and other guests outside their rooms smoking.
One handicapped guest complained that the accessible room provided lacked a raised toilet and a hand-held shower wand.
